
Boursin® Summer Burger
Change up your summer BBQ plans with this dressed-up bite. A perfectly grilled patty with pickled radish and onions and a crumbled Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs.
Preparation

Grill, Small Bowl
For Sumer Burgers:

Preheat grill and form beef in to 4 equally sized patties.

Thinly slice onions & radish & place in small bowl with vinegar & a pinch of salt. Slice tomatoes set aside.

Grill burgers for 3 minutes per side or until the internal temperature is ~160’. Toast buns while burgers cook.

Toss greens with olive oil, salt & pepper.

Assemble your burger! Start with bun base, add greens, tomatoes, radish & onions. Top with burger patty and crumbled Boursin® cheese. Finish with cilantro, onions & top of bun.
