Elevated Spring Vegetable Toast

If toast is a blank canvas, here’s your chance to make a masterpiece. Spread on a layer of Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs, radishes, ribbons of carrots and baby greens—go ahead you artist you.




For Spring Vegetable Toast:
  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Cut the carrot lengthwise into thin ribbons.

  3. Cut the radishes into thin rounds.

  4. Slice the lime in half, juice 1/2 and cut remaining 1/2 into very thin slices.

  5. Tie each carrot ribbon into a knot.

  6. Toss carrots, radish and baby greens with lime juice and set aside.

  7. Spread toast with Boursin® Cheese, then layer carrots, radish, lime slices and baby greens on top.

  8. Top with fresh thyme and serve.
