Easy Summer Flatbread with Boursin Cheese
Enjoy the best tastes of summer with this cheesy flatbread recipe! This easy recipe combines artisan flatbread with tomatoes, onions, thyme, basil and Boursin® Shallot & Chive cheese for a punch of delicious flavor that makes having only one slice too hard.

For Summer Flatbread:

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Line Tray with parchment paper and lay pizza dough on top.

In a fry pan, heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add onions & cook over low for 15 min. Let cool.

On pizza dough, spread tomato sauce, top with cooled onions, cherry tomatoes, thyme & half of the Boursin® Shallot & Chive cheese. Ensure all toppings are evenly distributed.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove pizza, crumble remaining Boursin® cheese and add toasted pine nuts & basil.
