Easy Summer Flatbread with Boursin Cheese

Enjoy the best tastes of summer with this cheesy flatbread recipe! This easy recipe combines artisan flatbread with tomatoes, onions, thyme, basil and Boursin® Shallot & Chive cheese for a punch of delicious flavor that makes having only one slice too hard.



Oven, Fry Pan, Tray

For Summer Flatbread:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Line Tray with parchment paper and lay pizza dough on top.

  3. In a fry pan, heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add onions & cook over low for 15 min. Let cool.

  4. On pizza dough, spread tomato sauce, top with cooled onions, cherry tomatoes, thyme & half of the Boursin® Shallot & Chive cheese. Ensure all toppings are evenly distributed.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

  6. Remove pizza, crumble remaining Boursin® cheese and add toasted pine nuts & basil.
