Be swept away by the Southern charm of this crispy fish “burger.” Original Pimiento cheese enhances a tasty medley of flavors.

Southern Slam Burger:
1 Brioche Burger Bun, Smaller Size, Toasted
2 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread
1 (4 oz. Filet) Cod, Tempura Battered
1/4 Cup Romaine Lettuce, Finely Shredded
1 Tbsp Green Tomato Relish


Equipment: Frier
For 1 Sandwich:
  1. Fry a cod filet (approximately 2-3 minutes).
  2. While the cod filet is frying, evenly spread 1 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread on the inside of the crown and 1 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread on the heel of a toasted brioche burger bun.
  3. Place 1/4 cup shredded romaine lettuce on the cheese spread heel.
  4. Top with the fried cod filet, then top the cod filet with 1 Tbsp green tomato relish.
  5. Place the cheese spread crown on top of the relish.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
