2 | Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread |
1 | (4 oz. Filet) Cod, Tempura Battered |
1/4 | Cup Romaine Lettuce, Finely Shredded |
1 | Tbsp Green Tomato Relish |

For 1 Sandwich:
- Fry a cod filet (approximately 2-3 minutes).
- While the cod filet is frying, evenly spread 1 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread on the inside of the crown and 1 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread on the heel of a toasted brioche burger bun.
- Place 1/4 cup shredded romaine lettuce on the cheese spread heel.
- Top with the fried cod filet, then top the cod filet with 1 Tbsp green tomato relish.
- Place the cheese spread crown on top of the relish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
