For Chicken:
  1. Fry the chicken breast to order, as needed for service, until fully cooked.
To Make A Crispy Bourbon Chicken Sandwich:
  1. Spread the inside heel and crown of a toasted bun with 1 tablespoon of Merkts Port Wine Cheese.
  2. Top the heel with 1 lettuce leaf, then ¼ cup onion straws, 1 fried chicken breast, 1 tablespoon of bourbon sauce, and the crown.
