Cheesy Sauce:
1 Cup Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
2 Tablespoons Whole Milk
Cheesy Fries:
10 Orders Russet French Fries, Skin On
60 Hot (Sport) Pepper, Rings


Equipment: Fryer, Stove Top
For Cheesy Sauce:
  1. Place the Boursin, hot sauce, and milk in a saucepan.
  2. Heat, over medium-high heat, for approximately 3 minutes; stirring to thoroughly melt and evenly incorporate the ingredients.
  3. Reserve hot for service.
To Make 1 Order:
  1. Fry French fries to order and place 1 large tongful of fries in a paper cone or basket.
  2. Drizzle fries with 1 ounce of cheesy sauce, and then top with 6 whole hot pepper rings.
