Easy Deviled Eggs with Boursin Cheese

For Boursin Deviled Eggs:

Heat water on med-high heat in saucepan, bring to a boil. Carefully place eggs in pan, simmer covered on low for 9 minutes.

Remove the eggs from the pan, rinse under cold water and leave to cool for 10 minutes.

Peel the eggs from the shell, rinse and cut in half.

Remove the yolk from all eggs using a small spoon and place yolks in a large bowl, add the Boursin® Garlic & Herbs, salt & pepper & mash together with a fork.

Fill the hollow in each egg with the Boursin® Garlic & Herbs mix. Garnish with fresh cut chives, pepper or black olive slices. Keep chilled until needed.
